Select Insert Function, then select the type as Polar. If you put 2sin(4t)
into the function definition box I think you will get what you want.

Subject: [Graph-support] Polar function help
I tried to graph r(t)=2sin(4t) as a polar function and instead of a rose
graph
(which I was expecting) I got a little curve. Can anyone help with this? I
think I might have to put theta in the sine instead of t but I'm not sure
how
to do that.
